Delete your VoiceBond account
VoiceBond (by VoiceBond LLC) lets you delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or this website. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the app or on the website
- Sign in to the VoiceBond app, or at voicebond.app/settings.
- Open Settings and scroll to Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete Account, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm, and tap Delete.
If you can't sign in
Email support@voicebond.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my VoiceBond account" and your username. We confirm it is your account, delete it within 30 days, and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
Immediately, when you confirm:
- Your profile: name, username, email, phone number, date of birth, photo and location.
- Your direct messages, follows, blocks, ratings you gave and received, and notifications.
- Rooms you created, your room history, referrals, and moderation records about you.
- Your subscription record and your device's notification registration.
Voice is never recorded, so there is no audio to delete.
What is kept
- Usage counts with your identity removed (for example, how many rooms were joined in a day). They can no longer be linked to you.
- Copies in our encrypted backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.
- Purchase records held by Apple, Google or Stripe under their own policies, if you subscribed.
