BY ACCESSING OR USING VOICEBOND ("Service"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Terms"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU MAY NOT ACCESS THE SERVICE OR USE ANY SERVICES. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VoiceBond.

2. Description of Service

VoiceBond is an audio chat platform that enables users to create and participate in real-time voice conversations. The Service allows users to create rooms with up to 5 active talkers and unlimited listeners, with options for both cursing-allowed and family-friendly environments. Users can rate interactions, discover nearby rooms based on location, and engage in community-driven audio conversations.

You must be at least 13 years old to use VoiceBond. Users under 18 require parental consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VOICEBOND BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Your continued use of VoiceBond after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
